USA - NYC - November 10-11 - Boutique Design New York 2024, 14th Edition: a first-time experience for Kriladesign and everyone involved, including the Marche Region and the collective of companies from every province attending the initiative, co-financed by the PR Marche FESR 2021-2027 "Support Measures for Internationalization Processes.".stand14

A first-time experience as well for our 'partner in communication,' Cristiana Dezi, who embarked on the journey, represented the Filipponi family (unfortunately unable to attend), and managed and supervised our booth!Stand E Zed (1)

Hard to put into words the whirlwind of emotions we experienced: our first time in the Big Apple, a city taking your breath away and making your heart race with its incredible energy, night & day.

Then, the excitement (read: anxiety!) of participating in a prestigious event for luxury design and hospitality in the hotel, restaurant, spa and casino sectors, all within the amazing spaces of Javits Convention Center.
Being thrust onto a stage like this was a unique opportunity for Kriladesign: representing Italy and Italian quality alongside other outstanding companies, meeting industry leaders and professionals, and sharing our small, radiant world.
It was such a chance to present our production philosophy and creations, gather precious feedback, capture ideas, inspirations and industry trends, and admire the very best of design in all its expressions.

What was most appreciated about our company?

Our craftsmanship, Kriladesign’s patented LED lighting systems, the flexibility to offer customization, and the ability to co-design and co-create a lighting solution or product with the client, tailoring it to their specific needs.stand3

Which lamp mostly captured the admiration?

We showcased a selection of our creations, primarily table/floor lamps, along with an outdoor lighting product. These included 100% Kriladesign Team products as well as those made in collaboration with designers Davide Montanaro, Emilia Burchiani, and Riccardo Giorgetti.

Among the various offerings, the clear star of the booth was ZED floor lamp in its NY luxury version, Gold & Black (black PMMA base and gold aluminum stem).

The MeMe lamp also caught the public’s attention with its interchangeable neoprene fun covers. Many visitors were eager to try changing the "outfit" of this rechargeable, portable lamp, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.stand5

Time for Special Thanks!

A heartfelt thank you to the BDNY organization for the warm welcome and to the skilled workers who provided invaluable support in setting up our booth #220 @Italian Pavilion.

Thank you to all the companies, interior designers and other professionals in the industry who visited us at booth, appreciated our work, and shared their visions and projects. We hope these connections lead to new collaborations and we will bring a touch of our Made in Marche light to the U.S. market!

Special thanks to Tecne—Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Marche for the furniture and mechanical sectors—and to the group guide Stefano Fiorini for his assistance and coordination.

A big thank you as well to Michela Ortolani and Chiara Tullio of EBAN Group Srl, Paolo and Gabriele Marchetti of Gruppo GLOBAL Srl, and Marco D’Urso of PANTAREI Srl for the company and support throughout the entire adventure—whether traveling, at the fair, or exploring the city (including the last-minute flight cancellation, makeshift hotel and rebooking).

We made it! 😎🛩
